Registration Deadline: Midnight, Lord’s Day, March 30

Please read carefully the information below regarding how to register. All three registration steps must be completed by midnight, Lord’s Day March 30, or your registration will be cancelled.

Step One: Thoroughly read the YP conference information sheet. It contains information about the registration fee, dates, location, and conference guidelines.

Step Three: Complete and sign the release form by clicking here. Important: You will need to have your physician name/number and insurance information available to complete the form. Please gather the necessary information prior to completing the form to make the process easier.
