Cost:
Now through May 20, 2018 – $60/child, $10/YP or adult worker
After May 20, 2018 – $80/child
Age Limit:
Children’s registration is open for those who have turned age 4 by June 11th (the first day of Bible Camp) through those entering grade 6th in Fall 2018. Age 4 children need to be able to follow directions without parents around in a group setting.
Registering On Time:
Please honor the labor of those making preparations for Bible Camp by registering on time. Late registration greatly complicates obtaining accurate numbers of craft supplies and snacks. The registration fee of children and workers includes a T-shirt. We regret that we cannot guarantee a T-shirt for those who register after May 20.
Communication:
After you complete your online registration you will be receiving emails confirming your registration and other Bible Camp related matters. Please make sure and read all correspondence you receive.
Important deadline information:
- Lord’s Day, April 15, 2018 – Orders and payments for bible camp song CDs are due in order to receive a discounted price of $7.00 through the service office. CDs can also be purchased directly from the Bible Story Songs website.
- Lord’s Day, May 20, 2018 – Regular registration closes; registration fee of $60 is due no later than midnight; mailed registrations must be postmarked no later than May 20
- Lord’s Day, June 3, 2018 – Late registration closes; late registration fee of $80 is due no later than midnight; mailed registrations must be postmarked no later than June 3

Information for Parents/ Guardians:
There are 5 easy steps to sign-up your child(ren) and prepare for Bible Camp!
Step 1: Download the Bible Camp Registration Information Letter & Release Form!
Before signing up your child(ren) please download the Bible Camp Information Letter & Release Form. It contains all the information you need to know about Bible Camp as well as the release of liability form. Complete the release form and return it with your payment to the church service office according to the deadlines listed above. Note that one form needs to be completed for each child. (If you are unable to print the form please come by the service office to pick one up.)
Step 2: Sign-up your child(ren) for Bible Camp!
When you click on the above link you will first be prompted to enter the parent/guardian information. Once you complete that step you will be taken to the page to sign-up your children. Each child is signed-up individually. Please make sure to read the instructions at the top of each form.
Step 3: Pay for Bible Camp!
IMPORTANT! Registration for Bible Camp is not finished until both the completed release form for each child AND your payment is received! Payments can be made in one of two ways:
- Pay in the church service office on the Lord’s Day with either cash or check (preferred method)
- Mail your check or money order made payable to The Church in Round Rock to:

If you mail your payment please also include your completed release forms as well.
Payments must be received in the service office or postmarked by May 20, 2018 in order to avoid a late fee! No exceptions!
Step 4: Order your Bible Camp song CD!
Order your Bible Camp song CD so that your child(ren) can learn all the bible camp songs before bible camp! The deadline to order with a discount through the church service office is April 15.
Step 5: Download the memory verse sheets!
These are the verses you will memorize with your child(ren) each evening prior to the next day (this includes Lord’s Day evening before camp begins). If your child(ren) choose to do so, memorize the extra verses passage.
Information for YP Serving Ones:
There are 3 easy steps to sign-up to serve in Bible Camp!
Step 1: Fill out the Bible Camp YP serving ones application form!
Click on the above link to complete the YP serving ones application form in it’s entirety. Note that if you are under age 18 your parent/guardian will need to sign a release form for you. You will not be allowed to serve unless the form has been completed. Please complete your request to serve by May 20.
Step 2: Pay for your Bible Camp t-shirt!
Your service application will not be considered complete until payment for your t-shirt is received.
Payments can be made in one of two ways:
- Pay in the church service office on the Lord’s Day with either cash or check (preferred method)
