Dear saints,

We have the honor and blessing of hosting the Spring young people conference the weekend of April 3-5, 2026. Below are the service signup forms you can use to sign up to serve in the conference. Click on the bold headings to access the sign up form for that particular service.

Reminder: In order to serve, you must have an approved application and background check on file. If you’re unsure of your status, please contact the Service Office by text (512-501-1830) or email (serviceofficerr@gmail.com).

Note: There are three services that do not require background checks: Meeting Hall setup, Meeting Hall Cleanup, and Hospitality – Airbnbs.

Conference Check In
This service group is responsible for checking in the conference participants and all related task to the check in process.

Security, Ushering & Parking
This service group provides security, ushering and parking as needed. 

Food/Kitchen Service
This service group is responsible for preparing meals to be served in the hall and maintaining the kitchen area during the conference.

Cleaning Crew
This service group helps to keep the hall looking nice by taking out trash, straightening rest rooms, etc.

Audio/Visual
This service group provides for all the A/V needs during the five conference messages, including sound, mic setup, etc. 

Music
This service group provides music support during the five conference messages. 

Recreation
This service group is present at the recreation location(s) to provide support as needed.

Meeting Hall Setup/Clean Up *no background check required
This serving group is responsible for setting up the hall for the conference on Thursday evening, and cleaning/prepping the hall after the conference on Lord’s Day afternoon.

Hospitality (Airbnbs) *no background check required
This serving group is responsible for assisting with delivering food items to the Airbnbs on Friday afternoon before the YP arrive at the location, and for ensuring the location is clean and check-out rules have been performed appropriately on Lord’s Day morning after the YP have left the location.
