Important Bible Camp Location change!!

Bible camp will no longer be held at Union Hill Elementary. Please bring your children to the church’s new location at 4001 Sandy Brook Drive, Round Rock, TX 78665.

You’re invited to the church in Round Rock Bible Camp!

Please read and follow the registration instructions listed below.

Communication

After you complete your online registration you will be receiving emails confirming your registration and other Bible Camp related matters. Please make sure and read all correspondence you receive.

Important deadline information

  • Lord’s Day, April 28, 2019 – Early registration closes; registration fee of $80 and release form is due no later than midnight
  • Lord’s Day, May 12, 2019 – Registration closes; late registration fee of $100 and release form is due no later than midnight

Registering On Time

Please honor the labor of those making preparations for Bible Camp by registering on time. Late registration greatly complicates obtaining accurate numbers of craft supplies and snacks. The registration fee of children and workers includes a T-shirt. We regret that we cannot guarantee a T-shirt for those who register after May 12th.

How to Register

Please follow the steps below to complete your Bible Camp registration. The information letter has important information you need in order for your registration to be processed correctly. Therefore please read it first before going to Step 2.

Payment for Bible Camp is due at the time of registration. Please have your credit/debit card available before you start. The Bible Camp release form is also completed and signed online. Don’t forget to complete a release form for each child that you register.

Interested in Purchasing Additional T-shirts?

Each camper registration includes a T-shirt. If you are interested in purchasing T-shirts for yourself or other family members please click the button below.  T-shirts are $15 a piece and must be ordered and paid for by midnight, May 12th.
